Victoria Donaldson

Conveyancer

Victoria has worked in the legal profession since 2004.

Since joining Mortons in September 2011, Victoria has been based in the residential conveyancing department, initially as legal assistant to the head of the Conveyancing department and largely dealing with freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and purchases under the right to buy legislation.

Victoria has built up a vast knowledge in all aspects of residential conveyancing and has built up an excellent working relationship with local mortgage brokers and estate agents. She is now a fee earner managing her own caseload at our Durham office.
